1、 Demand analysis

With the rapid development of the national economy, the demand for power from all walks of life is increasing, and the requirements for the quality of power supply (stability, continuity and accompanying services) provided by the power supply sector are also increasing. Transmission lines are an important part of the power system. At present, there is a serious shortage of power in China. Traditional capacity increasing technologies such as using heat-resistant conductors and improving the cross-sectional area of conductors have a long construction period, and it is difficult to expropriate transmission corridors Expenditures and other issues. Therefore, the research on improving the transmission capacity of existing transmission lines is particularly important. Starting from the relationship between the conductor sag and the current carrying capacity of the transmission line, the online monitoring system for the conductor sag of the transmission line, based on the theoretical model of the dynamic capacity increase of the transmission line with the conductor running sag, proposes the overall structure of the online monitoring system for the conductor sag of the high-voltage transmission line. 2、 Working principle

The online monitoring device for conductor sag of transmission line is mainly used to measure the distance to ground, sag angle and deflection angle of transmission line. When monitoring the jumper sag, the sensor is installed on the jumper; When monitoring insulator sag, the sensor is installed at the bottom or upper end of the insulator string; When monitoring the interphase sag in the span, the sag monitoring device is installed in the span of two-phase conductor to be monitored. Sag sensor is based on laser sensor and micro power wireless sensor. The power supply adopts high voltage power supply. The sensor collects sag data in real time and transmits the monitored data to the monitoring center in real time through 4G/5G/GPRS/WIFI/OPGW optical fiber network. When the value exceeds the predetermined threshold, an alarm will be sent.


3、 Functional features

(1) It can directly measure the conductor sag or the distance to the ground, or collect the relevant measured values of the conductor sag or the distance to the ground, such as the conductor inclination, temperature, tension, image, etc., which can be obtained through the value transmission, and then store and calculate the conductor sag and the distance to the ground state, The calculation results are transmitted to the condition monitoring system through the communication network (usually applicable to the situation where only one sag monitoring device is installed at a site and there is no other monitoring device), or the condition monitoring agent device.

(2) With automatic acquisition function, it can automatically acquire relevant parameters of conductor sag or ground distance according to the set time interval. The small acquisition interval should be greater than 5 minutes. In the case of excessive temperature rise, line overload, etc., it has the function of automatic identification and encrypted acquisition;

(3) With controlled acquisition function, it can respond to remote commands and start acquisition according to the set acquisition mode, automatic acquisition time, acquisition time interval and acquisition points;

(4) The online sag acquisition unit should have the power supply voltage and working temperature acquisition function;

(5) It has network time service function. It shall be able to receive the timing command of the state monitoring system, and the timing shall be conducted once a day, and the timing error shall not exceed 5s. The travel time error of the unit clock within 24h shall be less than 1s.

(6) It has the function of data rationality check and analysis, preprocesses the collected data, and automatically identifies and eliminates interference data;

(7) It has the function of one-time calculation of the original acquisition quantity, and can obtain intuitive conductor sag and ground distance state quantity data.

(8) It shall be able to store sag and ground distance status data for at least 30 days, and should store original acquisition data for more than 30 days.

(9) The output information includes: conductor sag, distance to ground status, power voltage, operating temperature, alarm signal, device heartbeat packet, response information, communication connection status (including signal strength).
