High-voltage proximity protection intelligent warning system, an additional vehicle protection against electric shock.

In modern urban construction, cranes, tower cranes and other large engineering vehicles play a pivotal role. However, in the dense urban power grid, these tall mechanical giants can sometimes accidentally and high-voltage lines have a dangerous "close contact". Such contact can lead to disastrous consequences: vehicle fires, line discharges and even panic in residential areas. Therefore, ensuring safe working distances and avoiding potential electrocution hazards has become an urgent issue.

The criteria for safety distances vary for different voltage levels of high-voltage lines. The traditional judgment method relies on the operator's experience and intuition, but it is obvious that this way can not guarantee the correctness and timeliness all the time. In order to make up for this safety gap, DINSEE SMART DX-JDS100 High Voltage Near Electricity Anti-Touch Intelligent Warning System has appeared, also known as Near Electricity Alarm, High Voltage Electricity Induction Alarm, which provides real-time safety warnings to the operators through scientific and technological means.

The composition of a high voltage induction alarm is divided into two main parts: the detecting end and the receiving end. The detecting end, i.e. the sensing device, is usually mounted on the arm of the crane or other suitable location to continuously detect the voltage strength in the surrounding environment. Once a strong electrical signal exceeding a preset threshold is detected, the receiving end, i.e. the alarm device, will respond immediately. The alarm device is usually installed in the cockpit and when it receives an alarm from the detection end, it will emit clear audible and visual warnings, such as "High Voltage Danger Do Not Approach", to alert the driver and operator to take precautions to avoid possible hazards.

Its applicability is very wide. It can support a wide range of different operating voltage environments such as 10KV, 35KV, 110KV, 220KV and above, and can be easily installed on all types of large machinery, including but not limited to cranes, hoists, excavators, cement pumps and fire trucks. This means that no matter what kind of working environment the machine is in, it can rely on the near power alarm device to enhance the safety of operation.

It is also characterized by easy installation and maintenance. Generally speaking, the installation process of the whole set of devices is simple, without the need to carry out complex modifications to the existing machinery and equipment. Once the installation is completed, it can be operated continuously and stably, and only requires simple inspection and maintenance at regular intervals, which greatly saves the cost of manpower and material resources.

Although the technology of high-voltage electric induction alarms has become quite mature, some problems still need to be noted in actual operation. Firstly, the detection range of the device should be appropriately adjusted according to the actual situation to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the alarm. Secondly, operators should also be aware of the relevant information and learn how to properly understand and respond to alarm messages. In addition, regular testing and maintenance should not be overlooked to ensure that the device is always in working condition.
